A few
of the entries in our visitors book -
on view for you all to see when you arrive Very peaceful, beautiful setting, children happy, food good. What more can you ask? - 4 grooms and 1 singer - Berkhamstead Marvellous holiday, well equipped house, brilliant pool. Collection of wild life kept us amused. - Sarah & Rob Wyatt - Devon Not enough 'comments' space in this book for all the superlatives we wish to write. We've all had a wonderful time !" - Reids & Collins - Hereford & Birmingham Superb setting and superb holiday. . This was a super holiday, thank you. I will be visiting next year and the next and the next ... The Cooks - Bristol Wonderful holiday, so relaxing and a welcome change from the city. Horse riding in Ste. Foy is to be recommended (sore now though!) and M Brouillard is so friendly and his wine is excellent (left out of the drive, left, then left again!) not to be missed. Thanks for having us! Eaten well! Wined well! Sorry to go! Once again a fantastic holiday. House great. Very good addition with the new patio. Pool lovely and weather hot. Relais restaurant in Monestier is a must if you like duck (all parts including foie gras). Madame Moutier in Couture is fabulous. Beautiful quiet tranquil days spent round the pool. But when we wanted a day out or a local restaurant, we need a bit more guidance to avoid disappointment. Thanks. . Too short to see and enjoy everything. We hope to see La Tuilière again! . The canoeing at Ste. Foy was brilliant. Frogs were exciting. Lake at St Sernin was fantastic. The pool was lovely and we had a great time. A five course meal with local specialities, (no choice though) on the terrace at Famille Moutier (follow signs through Couture) is absolutely wonderful and fully recommended. Local wines accompany - wonderful value. Wine tasting (can walk through the vines) at La Croix Blanche - also good. Rosé recommended. .
